Rogers wanted to reduce
costs from their call centers. The reps spent a lot of time walking subscribers
through plan options. A more cost effective solution was developed for
customer self-service.
Interactive
Television was utilized to deploy subscripton change self-service to the
customers' homes. An on-screen interface allowed them to add, browse, preview
and remove channels, or update their account.
